Undertaken by Barry Taylor, this large distribution depot comprises of cold stores, dry goods stores, loading docks and offices. From design and planning of the original building including obtaining planning consent for the whole site, overseeing the tender process and the supervision of contractors we have now received further instruction for a feasibility and preliminary designs for a two storey 5500 sq m office extension.
