Tom has been with us since 2014, and has worked his way up through his RIBA Parts 1, 2 and 3 at the University of Lincoln, earning him the right to call himself an Architect. Tom is registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and is also a ‘Chartered Member’ of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
During his time at Urban Designs, Tom has been involved with a range of projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Toms role includes establishing client briefs and devising architectural schemes to successfully meet client objectives, before guiding the schemes through the Planning and Building Regulations processes. Tom has also overseen the tendering of projects and fulfilled the role of contract administrator, helping our clients with on-site duties and the delivery of their projects.
