From concept to completion. Our services can cover all or different elements of the design and build process, as required.

 

STAGE 1.

DEFINE

Our starting point is clarifying your needs, the results you’re looking to achieve. We’ll take your brief and conduct any initial survey work in order to draw up accurate plans.

 

STAGE 2.

DESIGN

We’ll produce concept ideas and design, either based on your own ideas or we’ll offer our own if you’re in need of a little bit of inspiration. We’ve got a load of visualisation tools so you can start to see exactly what things are going to look like.

 

STAGE 3.

 

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & PLANNING APPROVAL

We’ll turn our design concepts into planning drawings and can prepare the planning application forms in order to make submission to the Local Authority. We can administer the application, answering any queries the Local Authority may have.

 

STAGE 4.

 

TECHNICAL DESIGN & BUILDING REGULATIONS APPROVAL

We convert the planning drawings to comply with current Building Regulations, prepare the application and submit to the Local Authority Building Control or another Approved Building Inspector.

 

STAGE 5.

 

TENDERING & APPOINTMENT OF CONTRACTOR

When it comes to appointing a building contractor, we can find and appoint. We prepare tender packs and analyse tender submissions and help appoint contractors based on the best value for money. Additionally, we can prepare the contract documentation.

 

STAGE 6.

 

BUILD

We can provide support in helping to manage building contractors. We can provide regular feedback to clients to ensure their brief is being delivered. We can agree payment schedules and issue payment certificates to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the new building or conversion.
