Grange Farm
Lying on the edge of a South Derbyshire village, the project was a challenging windfall site. With innovative design solutions a planning approval was granted for ten new homes.
By working closely with both the client and the Conservation Officer we achieved a contemporary scheme of desirable dwellings with attention to detail whilst retaining the agricultural appearance of the buildings.
Ironically parts of the building which offered the most challenging of constraints resulted in striking design, such as the Mediterranean-style courtyard.
