Lichfield Street – Burton on Trent
The building had been used as a solicitor’s office and is situated adjacent to a listed building. Urban Designs were instructed to prepare designs for a traditional shop front. An Edwardian inspired frontage was produced as this was in keeping with the surrounding area. Glazed bricks were incorporated below cill level as timber board below the cill is susceptible to being damaged.
Our brief also included converting the first floor offices into residential accommodation.
