Developer – Barn Conversions – Grange Farm, Derbyshire
Located on the edge of a South Derbyshire village, this project presented a challenging windfall site. Through innovative design solutions, planning approval was granted for ten new homes.
By working closely with both the client and the Conservation Officer, we developed a contemporary scheme of desirable dwellings, focusing on attention to detail while preserving the agricultural appearance of the buildings. Interestingly, some of the most challenging constraints of the site led to the creation of striking design features, such as the Mediterranean-style courtyard.
