Developer – Housing Association - New Build Houses – Shobnall, Staffordshire
The site of the former adult training centre in Burton upon Trent had become surplus to requirements.
A local contractor approached us to prepare designs for a development of 26 new affordable houses, which were to be delivered to Trent & Dove Housing upon completion. Planning permission was granted in 2018, with the dwellings completed by the end of 2020.
