This project adopts a minimalist design, with the client emphasising clean lines throughout.
The home centres around a winter garden, which is accessible from the surrounding rooms, creating a stunning yet unexpected feature. Glazed roofs and large windows maximise the external views, blending the interior seamlessly with the exterior. A swimming pool has been incorporated for both hydrotherapy and leisure. The clever use of sunken seating and thoughtful design ensures the home is both unique and fully accessible.
Constructed using Insulated Concrete Framework (ICF) and Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP) for the roof, the dwelling benefits from a quicker build time and enhanced thermal performance.
