Developer – New Build Houses – Ashover, Derbyshire

Nestled on the edge of the Peak District, this site offered an opportunity to create stunning designs that complemented the idyllic location. Building on the success of the Lutyens Court development, also carried out by Wildgoose, a similar design approach was applied. The front elevations of the dwellings feature traditional frontages, while the rear elevations incorporate full-height atrium windows, creating an impressive double-height space in the dining areas. The internal spaces were designed with an open-plan layout, offering flexibility for future adaptation.
