Homeowner - New Build, Staffordshire
Urban Designs were commissioned to prepare designs for a replacement dwelling to be constructed on the site of an existing bungalow.
The proposed new build is a spacious three-bedroom house, with energy efficiency central to the design concept. The planning process presented several challenges, but planning permission was granted in Autumn 2023, with work commencing on-site in 2024.
