Homeowner - New Build, Nottinghamshire
Urban Designs were commissioned to design a new pool house and ancillary accommodation within the grounds of a large residential property.
The design complements the existing house, which we had previously designed. The new building includes a pool and changing facilities on the ground floor, with living accommodation, including two bedrooms and a roof terrace, located at first-floor level. Planning permission was granted in 2023, with work commencing on-site in 2024.
